Yes you will still need to brush your teeth as our Teeth Whitening Kit does not replace your daily oral hygiene routine. We suggest brushing your teeth at least twice a day for 2 minutes each time.
When using the Kit, you should brush your teeth at night before doing your whitening treatment and then rinse with water afterwards.
