How do I get the discount on my products?
You will need to use the code SMILE at the checkout to receive your discount of up to 50% off your products (discount amount varies for each product). Our sale excludes gift cards and subscription items.
What happens if I forget to use the code?
Contact our Customer Experience team at email@example.com or through Instagram and Facebook @hismileteeth to see if your order is eligible for a discount and we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Does the discount code work on subscriptions?
All new or existing subscriptions are excluded from our Black Friday Sale.
Does the discount code work on gift cards?
The SMILE discount code is not available to use on our gift cards during our Black Friday Sale.
Why is the discount not showing in my cart?
Please ensure your discount code is entered into the correct box labelled ‘Gift card or discount code’ (located on the right side of your cart overview). Also the code will need to be entered exactly as it is shown on the website/email - SMILE.

Can I use this discount code with other promotions/discounts?
The SMILE discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/discounts.
How can I get free shipping on my order?
You can receive free shipping on your order if you reach the minimum spend, which varies depending on where you are located. The minimum spend is based on the total cost of your order once the discount code has been applied.
AU - Free Standard Shipping on orders over $45 AUD
UK - Free Standard Shipping on orders over £25 GBP
US - Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 USD
EU - Free Standard Shipping to select countries* orders over €45 EUR
*Ireland, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Czech Rep., Slovakia, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg (Rest of Europe, shipping starts from €3.99)

Can I return items purchased during the sale?

I can’t find my order confirmation?
As soon as your payment is approved, you will be sent an order confirmation email. Keep a close eye on your inbox for this. Sometimes these also go to your spam/junk inbox, so be sure to check there. If you still have not received your confirmation email, please contact our Customer Experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your details are correct.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We have a very fast turn around of orders in our warehouse to ensure quick delivery, this means we can't guarantee orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and our team will do their best to assist you with this.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed by our warehouse it cannot be cancelled or changed. If your order has already been processed, you can return this by following the steps here.
